Manager - Assisted Living

Qualifications
-Proven management experience in senior care or assisted living environments
-Strong leadership and operations management skills, LVN preferred
-Knowledge of long-term care practices and resident's rights
-Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-say operation of the facility
-Communicate with Providers and families to report any problems, illness or other concerns.
-Responsible for hiring, training, and supervising all staff members
-Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents at all times
-Maintaining that standards and facility procedures are implemented, followed and updated as required or needed per regulations and compliance.
Summary
As the Assisted Living Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our assisted living facility, ensuring high-quality care for residents while upholding their rights and dignity. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will leverage your leadership and management skills to foster a supportive environment for both staff and residents. Your experience in senior care, nursing, and operations management will be essential in implementing care plans and enhancing the overall resident experience. Responsibilities
-Oversee daily operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring compliance with residents' rights and care standards.
-Lead and manage staff, providing guidance and support in delivering high-quality senior care.
-Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs, including those with Alzheimer's and dementia.
-Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain effective medication administration and health monitoring.
-Ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents, fostering community engagement and well-being.
-Maintaining standards and facility procedures are implemented, followed and updated as required or needed per regulations and compliance.
