CREATE-ing Better Health

Stamford Health Club has been "CREATE-ing Better Health" for the community of Stamford and the surrounding area since 2012. Located at 125 West McHarg, next to Bearden's Photography, the club offers 24/7 access to our equipment and facilities and affordable rates with NO contract required.

We offer a variety of classes and also have a Certified Personal Trainer available to help you reach your personal fitness goals. Individual, group and sports training are available for ages 15 and up.

We currently offer:

- Silver Fitness: Class meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:00 AM in the Health Club. Designed for older adults but is a great beginner class for any age. The class includes a variety of exercises designed to increase strength, balance, range of motion and flexibility. Hand-held weights, elastic bands and small ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support.

-More Access to Classes Coming Soon!

-Individual Training Sessions: One on one support with a trainer to help you learn to use equipment correctly, create a personalized workout plan to help you reach your personal fitness goals, help you reach and maintain a healthy weight, help prevent injury, improve overall fitness and help with recovery.

-Group Training Sessions for 2-5 People: This is great option to get the benefits of personal training with the added support, accountability and motivation from working out with friends.

-Sports Training Sessions: Work with a trainer to gain confidence, enhance performance, strength, agility, speed, power and coordination to enhance performance in all sports.
